this directive(aka tyranny disclaimer) allows the current numb nut to retain office and call off any elections in the event of another terrorist attack… but check this.. it doesn’t mean that it has to happen in the U.S. it can happen anywhere the U.S. has a stake in land, economy, government, etc…
